One of the things I appreciate the most, is that they handled all the interactions with the insurance company and pointed out the damage. I don't believe I would have got a new roof if they hadn't handled the insurance company. Nice installation job.

I received damage due to a windstorm. The roof needed tarping until the insurance could be worked out. Mike, the Owner, came out and got that done and as soon as the insurance details were taken care of, had his crew here and did the job excellently in one day. He was stayed in contact with the insurance people and myself thru the whole process. Just a real pleasure to do business with ProCrafters and Mike Voelker.
