We spent top dollar to have Pro Curb Appeal add sod to our yard, we did everything they recommend for care and our yard was dead by early summer it is also full of weeds. They said it would look like a golf course and pressured us to do the whole yard, now the patch we didnt do looks much better than this high quality sod. Our friends thought we were crazy for spending so much on our yard but we told them that it was supposed to be the best qualitynow we have the worst yard on the block. My husband tried to reach out to the company to get some advice on how to bring it back to life and they have never responded .

They missed a few details like some paint spots around a couple things, forgot to take down some tape around fire extinguishers, and missed re-installing one door. They did all the prep work and painted within the time frame as they had said, looks good just a few details that were missed.

Its been 60 days since they started my project. It was completed at about 75% but was was never completed. Lots of promises from Jaimie but in the end he didn't do what he said he would. I have tried calling their office number three times but never get a call back. Very disappointing. Don't hire them.

Very professional crew - tidy and a good clean up. Grass is high quality and growing well at 4 weeks out. I will consider using them again for the back yard - but that will be next year.

In November 23, 2015 the companies representative hired a non-licensed and non- bonded crew but advertised as a licensed and bonded. The job was shotty and Pro Curb Appeal will not remedy the defects such as: mortar on the front of the stone; cracked stones; crooked stone cuts; uneven layering of the caps; stones/caps uneven overhang or too close to wrought iron fence; leaving debris; damaging yard pots just to name a few - job was over $14,000

"This is Mike the owner of procurbappeal.My old project manager Ross who i have since fired was in charge of this project.As soon as Barbara called and complained about the work that was done my new project manager Tully called her and met her right away.We offered to fix it right away she kept putting us off we were ready to fix the issues and two months later she has us come out When were in the start of our busy season one of our jobs ran a day later so the guys showed up the next day she was mad cause she couldnt be home but she already went over the job with my project manager,Long story short we got the job fixed for her and these are the marks she leaves us?? Really!!! and just so everyone knows none of those workers that worked on that job originally work for my company any longer.We try to satisfy everyone as you can see by our other reviews and we enjoy our work and working with new customers."

Brick, Stone or Block Wall - Install
The wall looks great. But they damaged an existing retaining wall. I wasn't notified about the damage. When asking about a repair, I was met with intimidation, and belittling. No resolution in repairing the damaged wall. The whole experience was nerve wracking and disappointing. I do have a beautiful wall. But won't be using them in the future.

These guys worked in some of the worst conditions and over the Christmas and New Years Holidays. We ran into some snags but mostly because of the weather. The job was completed and they did a great job. Great clean up. Very professional. Would hire them again when we move on to phase two..

ProCurbAppeal conducted business professionally from concept development through implementation to completion of our project at St. Dunstan's Episcopal Church. The project involved building walls, applying topsoil and designing and planting a street side garden. They did what they said they would do with quality and reliability. Further, they referred us to a professional water sprinkler installation team, North East Landscaping Services, that installed our sprinkler system using a team of experts that left everything as much the same as it was before as possible while providing a new sprinkler system that is in good operating order. We are completely satisfied with the contractors that accomplished our project through ProCurbAppeal.
