BEWARE not a licensed contractor yet advertises that he is. His license expired in 2024. I paid around $11,000 for a new sewer line. At first I was happy that my wife could take a shower without worrying about waste backing up. However, after 2 months my shower and toilet were backing up with sewage once again. I reached out to get some clarification and to see if he could come take a look at it, as it was still under warranty. He said that it was a clog and I would only have to pay the rental fee for the drain snake. Well, he just didn?t come back. I decided to cut my losses and get a new plumber out and revealed that I still have a collapsed pipe. I am left feeling somewhat scammed or back to square one. After researching, I found out he used multiple LLCs and has a plethora of customers that he has left hanging. I pray that Johnny Crump gets himself together and starts running his business like an honest man or figures out basic customer relationship management. Hopefully both.

At first John was good and had very good communication. After he received his payment in full it was hard to get him back through the door. He was supposed to come back to complete some finishing work. He quoted me for supports for the sink he installed which was included in the final payment that I gave him . He told my mother that he had to order them but hasn?t showed back up, hasn?t answered a call or text. On top of that the plumbing that he installed is still leaking. ? I definitely cannot recommend.

Mr Chump came on 11-26-25 to fix the toilet bowl leak and a couple of days later it started back leaking. I called him. He came out and before the day was over it was leaking again. I called him. He wouldn t answer. So I told my son about it my son use his phone to call him then he answered. He said he would be out on the 15 but he never showed up so I called you all because he just stopped answering his phone. he only had two bolts to put on and he went to the hardware store to get them!!!

John was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. We would recommend him for any of your plumbing jobs.

The plumbing work appeared to be done quite well. But, the first plumber didn't know how to do part of the job, and he had to call in his supervisor. This led to a double labor charge.

The outdated copper piping behind the refrigerator was leaking and they came and removed the old copper piping and installed a cut off valve to bring it up to code along with new flexible tubing. They’re very professional polite, and well mannered. Next time I need plumbing services, I will certainly call.
