I really think they are professional. The staff is courteous, puts on booties before they work, and is mindful to clean up after themselves. They provide great customer service and quality workmanship. They explain things thoroughly. I have used them on more than one occasion and have not had to call them back to fix anything.

William and his assistant went above and beyond to get the job done. Not only did they install a new outlet for an above stove microwave, but the installed the microwave saving me a lot of hassle and time. Many electricians I called said they would only put in outlet, not mount microwave. This professional and knowledgeable duo did both. In addition, they were right on time and left no mess behind. Pro Energy will be my first call for any electrical work in the future.

Came the day I called. Gave reasonable estiment. Knew his stuff and completed task. Pleasant and personable. Called another H.A. Electrician 5 days earlier, agreed on price, said he would call back to set up time but never did.
