Hired them to do a home inspection six months ago. Gave us a report with a number of findings. Some we had the owner fix, others like the deck we'd planned on replacing so we just let them be. Since moving in we've discovered several issues that were marked as good on the report and have been told by other contractors that they absolutely should have been found. A duct that was rusted completely through that led us to discovering water damage in the room above the vent. Dryer venting going from the front of the house to the back. Incorrect grading in the back yard that is now requiring that we get the foundation fixed. We've found a litany of other smaller issues that were absolutely checked in other inspections that we had. Extremely negligent in their inspection.

Very responsive and scheduled the home inspection within a couple of days. Thorough report and already the seller has responded he will remedy the recommendations!

John arrived on time and was easy to talk to. As a female, he answered my many questions without making me feel like I shouldn't be doing this. He actually encouraged me to do the small projects myself and told me which jobs I would need to hire a professional. He is very efficient and knowledgeable.

John was very friendly and down-to-Earth. We hired him for a home inspection of a house we are looking to buy. He was very helpful and it was clear he knew what he was doing. The ONLY reason for 4.5 stars instead of 5.0 is he swore a few times. He apologized the first time but later on swore again once or twice in front of children.
