I was so impressed when Sami came to my house for an estimate. I had bad leak from one old skylight (which needed to be replaced) in my Family Room and many leaks on the ceiling of my Florida Room after recent heavy rain! Sami checked everything out and explained in detail what had to be done. Two days later he came, just before another rainstorm. He finished just in time and happy to report no more leaks. Sami is not only kind and friendly he did excellent work!!! As for price, I feel I got a great deal!

We had a roof leak caused by an incorrectly installed skylight. Sami called me in less than a half-hour after my inquiry. He arrived within an hour, inspected the skylight and adjacent roof tiles, and gave me a detailed, very fair, written estimate to resolve the problem. A few days later, Sami and his assistant arrived, fixed the problem and gave us a four year warranty on the repair. Prompt, polite, skilled and honest are appropriate descriptors for Pro Experts of Long Island. Highly recommended without any reservations whatsoever!!

Sami was quick to reply to my Angie request right after its posting. We set a time the very next day. Sami came out and I explained I needed a replacement roof mounted Attic fan. He went up surveyed the issue and then he explained the process from start to finish on removal and installation. Then we talked price. We came to an agreement on a very reasonable price. Sami came in two days in extreme heat and did the job. I give him credit for being prompt, very professional, courteous and a great work ethic. I’ll give him 5 stars.

Sami responded immediately to my request for an estimate to replace a wind-damaged chimney cap. He took the time to climb the roof and take measurements. He also found a few problems that I wasn't aware of. His pricing was slightly better than another contractor's but his focus on the project was what impressed me. The job was completed a few days later to my total satisfaction.
