Pro Exteriors, LLC

The fascia and soffet on our house were deteriorating, with some rot, cracks and holes. Bryan worked for two days solid, repairing and replacing, and it looks amazing. After they left, we looked to see how the largest hole had turned out, and we couldn't figure out where it had been! They left everything perfectly clean, with no trace that work had been done, except that everything looked great. And Bryan gave us some good advice about our roof as well.

I received 4 bids for my home to replace the entire homes siding. When I first met the owner of Pro Exterior, Bryan Cook, I knew who I wanted to hire. Now the project is done and I know I made the best choice. The quality and care that went into the project is unmatched. Make sure one of your bids is from Pro Exteriors and you will know too.

Pro Exteriors does very high quality meticulous work. They saw to all the details and went above and beyond to ensure things were does with quality and best practice in mind.

We used Pro Exteriors last year for our siding installation and were so impressed with the quality of workmanship, professionalism and dedication, that we wanted them for our downstairs remodel. We were not disappointed. Bryan uses quality materials and is meticulous in his workmanship, not accepting anything less than what meets or exceeds his and our expectations. We will continue to use Pro Exteriors when our home improvement needs arise.

After having Pro Exteriors install windows and new siding, I decided to have them do the painting.....and I'm very glad I did. Anthony, Vincent & Clint did a fantastic job of painting and were very considerate, professional and detailed in their work. They insured everything was done to our satisfaction, including daily walk-arounds to determine if there was anything that was not to our satisfaction and cleaned up their work area at the end of each day. The final product exceeded our expectations..

We can't say enough positive things about our experience with Pro Exteriors. Bryan Cook and his team (Arthur, Josh & James) did an excellent job of window installation & Hardie plank siding our home. Their work was meticulous, work ethic amazing & attention to detail unsurpassed. Their work area was cleaned up at the end of each day. Bryan kept us advised of their progress and brought suggestions to our attention, which we appreciated & accepted. We will gladly use again as our needs arise. John M. Bellevue, WA

Excellent work by Bryan and his help. Great communication, on time and right on the bid price. I highly recommend and would use them again on future projects!

Very quick response time.

on time, within bid, courtious and knowledgeble.

Bryan is a personable fellow to coordinate with. He strives to accomplish the customers objective while offering alternatives that may be a more affordable. The work was done in a timely manner per the agreed on schedule. The crew left no messes remaining after the job was complete. Bryan has presented quality referrals to me when he is not able to do the job in the time frame I require.

Great communication. Excellent work. Was able to extend project to complete new problems found while doing bidded work. Would hire again!

They came in a did the front siding of our house. Kept us informed all along the way. The job looked great when done and we received compliments from our neighbors.

Great experience working with Pro Exteriors. Very professional and reliable. Quotes were right on and reasonable. I will continue to use Pro Exteriors for all of my projects big or small and will confidently recommend them to my friends.

I would HIGHLY recommend Bryan and Pro Exteriors. He was very detailed oriented, very thorough with his assessment, and even though we ran into a few unforseen extra expenses, the cost was reasonable and fair for the work done. He provides a high quality of service and expects that also from those vendors that work with him. He was always reachable by phone or would return calls in a timely manner, he was timely with the project and he treated my house with care and respect. I will definitely use Pro Exteriors again for other projects.

Professional, quick to respond and reasonable!

He did a great job. Not only did he replace the bad pieces of siding but he asked me if it was OK for him to patch some other pieces with caulk while he was up there.

Bryan was very professional & his work was great. Would recommend & rehire for other projects

We had a family emergency during this project and Mr. Cook was able to reschedule the work. He was very professional and efficient.

Great customer service, negotiated on price, easy to work with, finished job in an acceptable time frame

Extremely good estimators, and always kept work entirely within the scope of estimates, so there were no surprises. These guys did outstanding work and had great attitudes, even with very demanding clients (my wife and I).

Pro Exteriors did an excellent job on residing my house. I made some last minute changes on what I wanted and they did not get upset but strived to keep the customer happy. Brian even made a special effort to find some hard to get at the time hardie panel for a few areas under my windows

Bryan was great. He got me an estimate right away, was willing to change the estimate based on adding and removing tasks and got the work done quickly and exactly as we discussed it. He also made sure that he got everything done to my satisfaction.

Amazing work!! Very professional, very affordable. I will definately be recommending them to friends and family.

Contractor provided excellent value. He was cooperative, honest, straight-forward, and reasonable. He helped provide solutions when the unexpected occurred. I highly recommend him

I felt like I was jerked around. Their timeliness in completion of the job was poor and never were they here when they said they would be. Though the 2 men were very nice and friendly I didn't trust their work ethics.
