The owner did not come back in the spring to finish the work. As a result a section of gutter about 50ft is not functional.

He and his team handled everything, working quickly to make sure they beat the weather while delivering a great quality product. "Your complaints to home advisor is concerning the condition of your decking several months after our build was completed. Please keep in mind after the completed deck you were very satisfied. However-when a homeowner chooses NOT to stain or seal a NEW deck they are compromising the integrity of the decking which will change shape or become unappealing once weathered. We advise homeowners to seal or stain their deck as soon as the new lumber is ready. This process protects the investment made towards their home. Profinish stains or seals decks every year for repeat customers to preserve their beautiful decking."

Hired to replace boards on 12 by 10 deck. Ross did an outstanding job. He was out of town when he received the request, but he called to ask about the job. Told me he would reach out when he returned home on Sunday and he did. Gave me a quote over the phone for the work and cleanup on Monday (the next day). Directed me to research his company online. On Monday morning (yesterday), he reached out regarding the weather and informed me he may have to push the job to Tuesday morning (today). Ross texted at 7am to inform me he was 20 minutes away. Arrived at 7:30 and the work is completed. I will certainly be using Pro Finish for future Handyman/Renovation jobs! Thank you, Ross!

Very pleased with the finished deck. All the workers were on time for the job, and cleaned up the job site. On the railing that was real loose they brought back some extra wood to fix the railing along with using some bolts to strengthen the boards and they didnt charge me for the extra supplies.

They did a great job and communicated what was going on pretty much every step of the way. There were several delays in getting the job started. Some of those were weather related. Some were not. Overall I am very pleased with the outcome and the quality of the job made up for any minor delays in getting started.

Ross is a hard worker. He is great to deal with and very versatile. He is also very accommodating and willing to make project changes mid stream. He is very detailed and quality conscious. Overall great guy to have around. The type of contractor you want to know for any project. Not to mention someone you can trust to be in and out of your house!

Ross painted our deck and got the job done on time and as specified. We had intermittent rainy days which he had to work around and the job looks great. He was courteous, and left the area tidy with no over spray. Would hire again!
