Ross Parker is a con artist who took my money and never returned to complete the job. The work he did do was not up to code and I have had to hire others to fix and complete my deck build. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

Deck or Porch Repair
The project was to replace all deck floor boards, replace the unsafe deck stairs to the 9 feet high deck with new stringers, steps, kickboards, hand rails, & spindles and spray stain the entire deck. Ross visited the site,explained what should be done to restore my 20 year old, neglected deck,fully answered my questions and provided a reasonable and competitive cost quote. A few days later, he came back with a concise contract spelling out in detail the work he would do and the price. I felt great confidence that he had the skills and experience needed to do a good job and I am totally satisfied with the work that Ross Parker and his helper, Justin did. I would recommend them to anyone needing their services.

We knew our deck was in bad condition and needed to be repaired. I created an account with HomeAdvisor and requested quotes from Pro Finish and a couple of others. Ross with Pro Finish called me that same day and scheduled a time to come out the next day to give us a quote. A lot more work needed to be done than we realized, and his quote was very reasonable for all the work needed. Ross was great at communicating with us and answering all our questions during the process. They did an awesome job from start to finish! They even built us a custom gate for our deck. Our deck looks very sturdy and professionally done. I would highly recommend Pro Finish Renovations.

Pro Finish came back to fix most of the issues we had despite the lack of a warranty written in to our contract (my fault). His worker Justin was a nice guy and does good work. I did not enjoy having to pick up wood chips and cigarette butts after them when the deck was first built. Thanks to HomeAdvisor for intervening and making this a better situation.

"Sorry to hear your unhappy. But 3 months have passed with no treatment on the deck. This will cause boards to shrink and split as they cure, if not treated properly. No board was installed sideways and have pictures to show . There may be Stamps on wood from the manufacture not from us the builders . We were not happy receiving emails/text between 2-4 am before starting the job. Before and after pictures of the deck on profile. Customer was happy on completion."
