A follow-up to my previous review. A week after the first visit and ordering the part, the technician came and repaired my mothers refrigerator. I found out he had a family emergency. Had the office relayed this to me, I would have completely understood. However, the lack of communication from the office after several calls is not. I went from Saturday to Wednesday before I was able to speak with someone. The technician was great, but the lack of communication from the office was extremely unprofessional. I would use the technician again, but not sure about the company itself

Samsung sent a crooked repair company out to fix my dryer and they said it was my fault it wasnâ t working properly because of my vent; which was a lie. I called profixit and the next day Mr. Carter had my dryer working due to a thermostat sensor working in less than 30 mins. Thank you Profixit (Mr. Carter) your company is greatly appreciated!

If you own a Samsung refrigerator this is the place you want to call! Their certified technician, Carter, came out and had my ice maker back making ice in about an hour. He was helpful, friendly, and very knowledgeable.

I have hired this technician 3 different times (refrigerator, washer, and dryer). Each time he was efficient, knowledgeable, and explained exactly what the job entailed. The jobs were completed in appropriate timing and done accurately. I was completely satisfied with the professionalism. I have recommended this company to my family and friends.

Ice Maker not making ice. Was very prompt at setting up appt. tech came out took things apart. Small clog in air vent plus said fan not blowing as it should. Decided to see if it resolved the problem, and it did not. Called back. Came out and replaced the fan. Waited 48 hrs, still no ice. Called back, and neither the office nor tech would return texts or voice messages. Spent 175. And still have no resolution. Got the impression he really did not know what was wrong. I had let it be known that I was not paying a 90 service call every time they came out to try different solutions.. Have a feeling that was why they would not return calls. Moved on to new opportunities. Says a lot about character to not even return calls to resolve the problem. Definitely would not recommend this company. Poor experience

Waiting on a part for them to complete the repair. I am sure this technician will do a great job. I am really not all that sure about the value Since I have not had microwave repairs before. However, with their suggestion , I called found out that the part is warranted and Samsung says they will reimburse the cost of the part if I send them a copy of the work order showing the cost of the part. 09/02/2020: Been two weeks and still waiting on the part..guess it is coming from China delivery.

Tech came out three times, I paid 89.95 twice and I still have the same problems. They do not return my calls. I would like my appliance fixed or for them to return my money.
