Needed simple repairs to two toilets. Pro Plumbing was available the very next day. Josh showed up on-time, was friendly and knowledgeable, knew just what needed fixing, didn t try and add on unneeded services, and had both toilets fixed in no time. Easy to contact company and they were very easy to work with. Costs were quite reasonable and what I expected. When I have future plumbing needs, it ll be these guys who will get my business.

Asked for bid, similar to prior experience. Told no had to wait for appraisal. Told person I wanted valves on 2 toilets replaced. Workers came with the specified parts on the original request and replaced the valves. elapsed time from door to out door 20 minutes - counting billing. Billing almost $200 higher than job they had done in April which took 2 hours elapsed time. Asked for justification. Told their billings minimum were $425 and they d given me the senior discount (treatment really). No reduction of bill. Am going to not pay, as I told the lady . copy of Pro Fleet summary which is wrong on the first instance since the valve replacement was for two toilets .. follows Hi James, Im sorry we were not able to have a conversation over the phone to resolve this understanding. The $125.00 that was told to you over the phone is the cost to identify your problem and it is a service fee. The charge was for the angle stop replacement and it was for (1) toilet. You asking my technician to fix both toilets when the original call was for (1) toilet is why you hadnt been charged more than $225.00. Sorry for your confusion, but I wish we could have had a better conversation to try and resolve this issue. Have a great day.
