THEY WHERE GREAT SO NICE AND HELPFULL, I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE. THEY LOOK YOUNG BUT THEY WORK HARD AND MAKE SURE THAT YOU ARE HAPPY WITH THE JOB. WELL DONE GUYS WE LOVE OUR NEW AC UNITS.

They had to reschedule a couple of times all my fault. They still showed when promised and had to wait for me. Very fast and professional.

They showed up on time, did the work as scheduled and everything works. I would use them again.

They showed up within the time frame that they told me they would be coming, and then checked my system in the attic, repaired the damaged fuse, and replaced the AC system controller. It didn't take too much time, he was friendly and the "problem" was completely fixed before he left. I was very satisfied. (Sad that the damage was kind of expensive, but it was still a reasonable price)

He installed a central A/C unit at my Mothers home. Did not show her how to turn off the A/C on the new thermastat. Didn't return any phone calls about it.

Very professional, did the service I requested for the price Quoted over the phone.

Still waiting to receive a receipt from the mail for job completed on 6/8/07.

My mother was complaining because of where they had to place it but I know the legal end and that is where it had to go. This was an exceptional deal and quick service. I give these guys an A+. I am in the university with a business major and in a personal selling and customer service class now. They had great value and great attitude. Thanks I will be back!

Came and completed work within 1 day. They did a very good job.

did not install a/c and heater per. code. dose not return calls after job is complet. said we were on schedule for follow up to correct problems have not had any call back in 3 months.

when i called jeremiah was out to the house at 7am the next morning with the right equipment and had it installed within an hour and a half. what an excellent job with superior customer service.

Pro Flo was not the first to contact me of the three contractors, but unlike the first guy who charged $49 for an estimate that turned out to be outrageously high, these guys came up with a solution to my problem for a reasonable price and made it out in a reasonable period of time to complete the job. They showed up when they said they would to do the work, and had some good ideas, too.

The first person they sent said we could fix our Central Air Conditioning System so we did that. It made the problem worse. They came out again and gave us a great deal to fix the problem. They said they were coming times that they did not set up with us. It took coming out four times for the job to be completed. They were nice but I would have liked the whole thing to have gone smoother.

I submitted a bid request to ProFlo on several tasks. All were ignored but the a/c installation. The estimate given for the work on the a/c installation was increased $75 for work that was already included in the estimate. BUT Pro Flo did the a/c install while other HVAC contractors made up stories as to why they couldn't do the install.
