They did a great job!

Installer was awesome and a real pro . Extremely helpful! Salesperson was very friendly and helpful in making choices and staying in touch through entire process.

They were fast and good you never getf fast and good together, but I did.

I needed the vinyl plank installed in a hallway in my rent house. They came in and installed it while I was not there because I live out of town and did a wonderful job. I questioned if I needed a transition piece between the tile and the new flooring and they immediately got one and put it in at my request. I like that because they do not assume that is what I wanted until they cleared it with me.

The installers came in and did the work and they did a good job and were kind. The flooring was beautiful. I have one weak spot in the floor and they said they said if it doesn't get better they will come back out.

They saw, they came, they conquered. From beginning to end they were fast, professional and all around on point. Price point as well. I had already purchased my flooring, but they were able to give me a quote on the install and have the work done in less than a week. Looks fantastic. I will be using them again for my properties.

Good quality, affordable work, no bs or upselling me things I didn't need. Flooding happened and they came back and fixed it.

Patrick worked with me on my design and found quality material within my budget. Even though his house was flooded during Harvey, he made sure the job was completed. I highly recommend Pro-Floor.

Pro-Floor is the best contractor I've hired in many years! They did the work exactly as they said they would, stuck to their schedule and left my place clean and ready for the next day. The quality and responsiveness was great.

Thank you so much for re-doing our floors. Kimberly Hawk was amazing as was Russel and his crew. Kimberly did a fabulous job of helping us choose the right colors, materials and walking us step-by-step through the entire process even coming over to our house on multiple occasions to discuss options and samples before we even finalized any contracts or agreements. Russell and his team worked around our schedule like champs. Even though it was more work for them they still made sure that we could live in the house at the same time that they were demolishing and installing the project. It has been a pleasure to invite them into our lives to be a part of this home remodel and we would emphatically recommend them in the future.

the installation was excellent, as was the end result. The installer was very meticulous, precise, and went beyond what we would have expected.

The rep that worked with us is a go-getter! She came after my business and did not waste any time. Before I knew it, I had a whole new floor upstairs! I love it! Quick and painless!

They installed a beautiful floor but they walked all over it before it was completely dry. I believe they rushed because I added "Time is of the essence" to the contract. The installer blamed my movers and said it was just dust. I saw the footprints before the movers had even started to unload. They did not clean up very well.

Good job

Patrick with Pro-Floor and his team came to my rescue. I needed a demo of multiple existing floors, then leveling & vinyl install throughout an entire home completed quickly. Patrick was able to come out & measure for the estimate immediately, then had his team ready to execute once the job was approved. This project took more than one day. When I returned to lock up the home after the first day it was left in very tidy, swept, organized condition. At the completion of the job the home was left in even better condition and the install team didn't hover as I walked the house to verify the work. Overall I am extremely pleased from the top down with Pro-Floors & would highly recommend them!

Good group of workers. Seemed very interested in doing a first rate installation.

Professional

From the start we were impressed with this company. Patrick, our representative was very nice and professional. We got a couple of quotes and felt Pro Floor was the most reasonable. Antonio our installer, had over 10 years experience and it showed in the quality of his work. We could tell he took pride in what he was doing. We recommend you give this company a shot. We had a good experience.

Quality work. On-time. Fast... will be using them again. Thanks!!

Quick quality service

Nice crew was nice, helpful, and did a good job on the master bedroom but the wood didn't match up and couldn't be transitioned into the existing wood floor. In spite of giving a sample of the existing wood, the wood that was bought was too dark and of a different thickness, cut, and quality. So now I have quarter rounds at the doors and the room look like an "add-on" instead of a continuation of the living room and hallway floor. I had intended to put wood into a little front room and on the stairs, but under the circumstances I will leave the carpet.
