Pro-Flooring is a family owned and operated business serving Central Maine and surrounding communities for the last 21 years. We specialize in commercial and residential steam cleaning of tile & grout, carpet, upholstery and concrete slabs, as well as installing a wide variety of flooring (ceramic tile, hardwood, laminate, luxury vinyl tile/planks, loose lay vinyl and carpet.) I felt like this was a bait and switch experience. Home Advisor gave me an acceptable quote and made an appointment. The appointment had to be changed because the provider was not available. When they werenâ t available the second time I canceled. Then the business called me directly made an appointment and came to do the work. They charged me almost $150 more than the home advisor quote. They asked if they could give me a quote about some other work. I said yes to be polite. I received two more notices about appointments to do that work. There was never a quote. I said no.

"I do apologize for the confusion. Not my fault. Home advisors is just a company we advertise with along with others. When we came down we provided a quote before doing the job and you agreed to it. At that time you could of objected. We went above and beyond to make sure you were happy before we left and you were. The confusion is with Home Advisors and where your negative review should be left at not on my profile where we did everything as hired to do."

They went above and beyond,even after hubby used wet vac shortly after sealant went in place,Pro flooring offered to come back out to make sure it's done completely.This blew my mind and I was so grateful.

I hired these folks to clean carpets and tile floors and clean our empty house to make it ready to show on the market. They did a fine job cleaning the carpets and tile grout, but left the tile floors dirty with a film and foot prints. The general deep cleaning of the house was mediocre at best. The superficially cleaned the kitchen cupboards and did OK with bathrooms, but failed to clean the rest of the house. Doors were not cleaned, floors not swept or vacuumed. I would recommend them for tile and carpet cleaning, but not housecleaning. You may as well do it yourself.
