Pro-Flooring Installation Services, LLC

Great

Knowledgeable folks. The entire carpeted area was cleaned in 2 hours. Stains goneâ ¦..very satisfied.

Crystal is very professional and very hard working. She was great and I will hire her again.

they were on time and worked hard

Pleased with the work and them letting me know when there was a change in time. I would have preferred that workers had worn a mask while in my home.

Good communication. Very happy with service and results

very good

I felt like this was a bait and switch experience. Home Advisor gave me an acceptable quote and made an appointment. The appointment had to be changed because the provider was not available. When they werenâ t available the second time I canceled. Then the business called me directly made an appointment and came to do the work. They charged me almost $150 more than the home advisor quote. They asked if they could give me a quote about some other work. I said yes to be polite. I received two more notices about appointments to do that work. There was never a quote. I said no.

Spot on.

They did an excellent job they were in an out in no time very happy with the outcome I would call them again

Fast, friendly, great job, and great value. Highly recommended

They went above and beyond, even after hubby used wet vac shortly after sealant went in place,Pro flooring offered to come back out to make sure it's done completely. This blew my mind and I was so grateful.

They were very nice, quick to respond, and had someone available quickly for my requested date. They took time to ask exactly what i needed and were thorough doing the carpets. I'll look to hire them again in 6 months

Everything about the job and the team could not have been better.

Crystal was very communicative and responsive to my specific requests. I was able to leave the job in her care and trust that the job would be done to my specifications.

I hired these folks to clean carpets and tile floors and clean our empty house to make it ready to show on the market. They did a fine job cleaning the carpets and tile grout, but left the tile floors dirty with a film and foot prints. The general deep cleaning of the house was mediocre at best. The superficially cleaned the kitchen cupboards and did OK with bathrooms, but failed to clean the rest of the house. Doors were not cleaned, floors not swept or vacuumed. I would recommend them for tile and carpet cleaning, but not housecleaning. You may as well do it yourself.

Excellent job

I appreciated the job they did and how easy it was to get reminders and invoices via text.

Excellent customer service. Great job!

will be using them again

Great customer service! Crystal is very accommodating. Both she and Nicole did an excellent job on our carpets, and are lovely people. Will have them back this spring for sure!

I was pleasantly surprised to see the grout come back like it was when new. Extremely satisfied with the way Amanda and her helper Eli did their job.

They arrived on time and the crew doing the the cleaning called me to go over the project since I was wasn t home.
