Refinishing was very good except for one small area, but lack of instructions on cleaning and maintenance caused unnecessary misunderstanding. However, response from Alan was excellent.

Laminate Wood or Stone Flooring - Install
Dan did an excellent job installing my laminate floor. His rate was very reasonable. He is always responsible and on-time. He was flexible on schedule; my floor was done on Sat as I have to work from Mon-Fri. Also, he is very sincere. When he found out my place was for rental, at one point he told me that I should just keep the carpet. He didn't push me for the installation. I really appreciate it.

Dan called almost before I finished pressing send on my request! He was not only personable, he was an excellent craftsman and knew exactly what he was doing. In addition, he saved us a fortune through his honesty in business practices--not being experts in wood floor qualities and repair, we could have been talked into a more expensive repair. I truly appreciate Dan's work ethic. He came when he said he would for the estimate and also for the repair. I would recommend only with qualificatons. Bogdan is very nice and very skilled as is his employee. However, they cut corners. When called on it they will fix but I would rather not have to check up on details. Forinstance, replaced baseboards in tiny pieces instead of full pieces. Only caulked half of one toilet that was replaced after tiling and didn't caulk the other at all.

Very nice and courteous. Very easy to work with. Quality was so due to wanting Swedish Floors that included a stain underneath. Wished I would have gone with the natural color rather than stain as there are spots that did not come out very well. Was suppose to only take two top coats but ended up coming back to do a third to even out the finish. All in all they tried very hard to make up for the flaws and never charged another dime. I appreciated the willingness to deliver as good of a finished product/service as possible.

I didn't have a big job but you couldn't tell by Bogden and his crew's attitude. They arrived at the agreed upon time- 8am sharp and within 3hrs completed and cleaned the 475 sqft job. We're planning to visit their showroom to pick out tile for the next project.
