Mikhail and his team did a great job. He came by to check out the job request on the same day that we contacted him. Our price quote came the next day and the price was very reasonable. He always kept in contact efficiently through text! Our job was pretty small, so he fit it in the following week and it was completed within 2 days! They put up plastic walls to block the dust and everything was left very clean. He recommended that we stick to a natural finish, and I'm glad that's what he recommended because our wood floors look really wonderful and there was very minimal smell during the process! Overall, we're really happy with the outcome! My only small concern was with the quarter mold installation. Our walls are old so it's not all flat along the bottom. I wish they had filled in the gaps between the wall and the molding before leaving, but he was kind enough to leave a tube of caulking for us at no additional cost.

We hired Pro-Flooring and More and Mikhail Tumash to replace bath tile that had fallen off the shower enclosure due to water damage. Water had gotten through the grout and soaked the drywall behind the tile. Mikhail was very knowledgeable and professional. He took the time to answer all of my questions concerning the project. Additionally, he was very flexible with the project schedule, working his schedule around ours. The shower enclosure is beautiful. We will be hiring Mikhail for future tile work as well as recommending him to our friends.

If you want your tile job done right, and as quick as possible these are your guys. A little higher priced than others but you get what you pay for. Quality. Mike is awesome!

Mike and his crew were all very professional and a pleasure to work with. The oak floors that they refinished were laid in 1959 and were in pretty bad shape, with stains in multiple areas and burns around the fireplace. In just 3 days they stripped and refinished the top floor of my Cape Cod style house plus 2 bedrooms, the living room, 2 hallways and 3 closets on the main level. All of the hardwood in the house is now beautiful! I would not hesitate to use Mike again or recommend him to others.

He re-tiled my kitchen entry way, upstairs bathroom floor and redid the entire basement bathroom. He did a fantastic job. He removed multiple layers of old flooring and got everything leveled before starting the job. He was clean and professional. Would definitely recommend.

Great Experience! He installed porcelain tile in our screened in porch. First he had to take up the old carpet and did not complain about it. The tile job is exceptional. I would not hesitate to recommend him to family or friends. We will hire him again for our flooring needs.

Mike installed new hard wood flooring in 3 rooms, a hallway, and on one flight of stairs. The time frame between talking to him and project completion was less than 2 weeks! Mike came out to look at an issue I had in my bathroom, and I ended up hiring him to completely rehab my walk in shower. He installed porcelain tile walls with a wall niche, a custom shower pan and he plumbed in a new shower valve. The work was excellent, Mike was very flexible with his time, he explained everything he did, and the cost for this type of job was excellent. I would highly recommend Mike for this type of job and many others based on his knowledge of various types of work. Very happy overall.

Mikhail took the time to explain the process and told us what we could expect. We tiled 2 rooms and a large shower. We also had Pro Flooring and More install a heated floor under the tile.
