What a scam. They are very attentive until the contract is signed. Then it?s all down hill. They didn?t start the work until I called at least 15 times over two months. Then stopped midstream resulting in more calls. Then when finished (and paid) I had a lean on my house for them not paying their supplier. THEN the roof leaked (bad). He had the nerve to tell me that rats ate the AC vents resulting in condensation leaking (seriously). I ended up having to pay the supplier 10k, and having the repair down by another company (3k more). They never returned my calls again. Total scam.

This company scams homeowners, does not pay suppliers, and does not answer when you call. I do not understand how this company is still open when it has robbed so many families. Where are the homeowners rights? This company, its owner, and the notary are untrustworthy; they are thieves.

Save yourself a lot of grieve and do not use this company. We entered into a contract with Pro-Form in 05/2023 for a reroof of a flat roof. On 08/31/2023 their workers showed up and started tearing up the roof without notice. On 09/01/2023 while portions of the roof were open to the elements a summer rain started and they failed to cover the open areas and my house was flooded. Due to my roof being flat the water traveled through most of the house. I have extensive water damage in the interior to most of the house and to personal property. After promising he would be back the next day with a sheetrock guy to remove all the sheetrock that was soaked (some from the ceiling actually fell off) and replacing the wood/laminate flooring that was soaked the owner Robert would not take my calls. Only after I called Fortify Financing is when he showed up on Sept 7th because I had complained. It's been one lie after the other. One broken promise after the other. He said he was responsible for the damage that they were negligent that he was so embarrassed and that he's told the insurance company to do whatever it takes to make my home whole again and then tells the insurance company that he has not returned to the property because we told him not to return. Unbelievable! Bottom line we had to file a lawsuit. A year later my house is still not fixed. The roof has not passed the final inspection by the city. I cannot get homeowner's insurance. I gave a .5 rating because I cannot put zero. Currently, Pro-Form has 4 open lawsuits in Miami-Dade. How is it Pro-Form has a 5 rating on Home-Advisor with all reviews from 2021? Pro-Form is not a business that is accredited by the BBB but they have a D- Rating with them. Yelp has them with a 3.5 rating, I'm sure they get it right sometimes but when they it wrong, they REALLY go WRONG. Don't except them to correct their mistakes or stand behind their work.
