ProFormance Roofing

Proformance roofing finished the job as promised. I am happy with the project. Thanks

Had roof replaced right before rainy season and no issues. Had it done on time and no surprise charges at the end. Thanks

they were done in one day. It was a large roof.

Wes Turner was my estimator and walked me through every step of the process all the way through the final inspection of the roof. He was very patient with all of my neurotic questions and answered them completely without hesitation. I m very pleased with the result. I would wholeheartedly recommend Proformance Roofing.

There services from start to finish are great. They arrived on time and finished as stated.

From the estimate to the final inspection, Proformance Roofing was great. And timely.

total professionals. Keeps you informed during each step. Showed up in full force to complete the job. Cleaned up like they were never there. Would hire them again.

Everyone at ProFormance Roofing was very accommodating, professional and hardworking. We are very pleased with our new roof and the entire experience. Our county inspector even said what a great job they did !!! We highly recommend ProFormance Roofing for any roofing needs you may have!

Justin was great at keeping us updated all the way thru the process. Workers who did the work could speak very little English, made it hard to communicate.Over all I was very happy with the job.

Did the job quickly and on time. Good communication. Fair price.

Very professional from start to finish!!

I had a great experience with this company they were very professional and was on time they keep me inform about everything they were doing.

ProFormance Roofing did a decent job replacing my roof, I have no issues there. And, while John B (Customer Representative) was helpful and answered all our questions quickly. However, there is still a major issue. They quoted 7 rolls of roofing underlayment to complete our roof. These are not the typical cheap rolls of felt, we opted for the more expensive Rhino Roof synthetic peel and stick underlayment. When the rolls arrived at our house even the foreman stated that it was **too many rolls**. When the job was complete, we had 2 rolls leftover but the two rolls disappeared at the end of the job (taken off-site by ProFormance) and we asked to be credited for them since they were not used. The response we got was **Per our policy we do not issue credits for material on contracted work**. Again, we questioned how they can overestimate, charge us for the material, take the material back, and not refund the difference. Again, we were told **no refunds**. John said, **they looked for the rolls but could not locate them**. I explained that, if you do the math, it is not possible to use 7 rolls on my roof due to the square footage. They offered to go to the store, buy two more rolls of underlayment, and deliver them to my house (which does not even make sense). What am I going to do with two rolls of underlayment since I have a brand-new roof?! The roof replacement and the salesman seemed professional and helpful. The purchasing department seems a bit shady. It is a shame that they think it is a good business practice to overcharge a customer for materials, take them on to the next job, and make money on them again. That does not even seem legal. We got several quotes, and this was NOT the cheapest. Based on their business practices I cannot recommend them and would not use them again.

Were the best overall both from a price standpoint, customer service, and incredibly hard and dedicated roofers. Were at the house at the crack of dawn and did not quit until dark. Very happy with the results.

Installed new roof, and damaged ceiling around the pool and garage area, damaged gutters and dropped nails in the pool, all pool floor rust spots from nails, new skylights leaking in the attic, shingles on a ridge not nailed. City inspection did not pass for 10 days waiting for them to come and fix issues with installation. Bad communication between company personal, each will tell you, will tell the manager and the contractor who THEY CONTRACTED THE ROOFING BUSINESS WITH, never get back with the customer. Never trust them, a very bad company.

Very professional and the office staff was very efficient and helpful. In all a great company to do business with

Did excellent job. Did all they said would do.

Got back to me quickly during a pandemic, did great work on a time constraint. Finished the job in one day to try and miss a predicted storm.

Very friendly and honest staff. I was under a SEVERE time crunch and my needs changed in the middle our dealings. Everyone I spoke with were extremely understanding and accommodating. Five stars is not really enough to rate the customer service. When I need roofing help in the future I will definitely be calling Proformance Roofing.

Highly recommend ProFormance Roofing.

Very professional and courteous company they were prompt and even worked through some pretty serious weather to get the job done I would recommend them to anyone

I've been involved with a number of contractors since moving to FL. ProFormance seems to be the only company that has workers who know how to tell time. Bruce was very professional, and very knowledgeable on the products they use. The girls in the office keep you well informed and are very pleasant. As for the roofers themselves I give them 2 thumbs up. Their working conditions weren't the greatest. High winds and threat of rain. Took 2 days but not their fault. The inspector took the day off. Thus they couldn't go on. Even my neighbors commented on what hard workers the roofers were.

Proformance did a great job, and they were able to complete it in one day. Very satisfied!
