I highly recommend Hassan and his company. When I contacted him through his website on a Friday afternoon regarding my broken Flexsteel power lift recliner I was surprised that he got back to me within a couple of hours. (I also called a mobility store who never got back to me.) We discussed the troubleshooting I had already done and we agreed it had to be either the control box or base motor. He came out the following Monday with a tester and determined it was indeed the control box. He ordered the part while he was here and kept me updated while it was in transit. Delivery was delayed due to weather so didn't arrive until late Friday. He came on Sunday to install it for me. He's respectful and honest. He doesn't upcharge on the cost of the part and installation was very reasonable. I will be calling him again if I have any problems with any of my furniture!!
