Really good experience

Wish I went with another company. Julius Demetrius installed AC&Heat last May, went all summer sweating, and it still doesnt cool the house. Heat didnt work either, took 3 visits to fix. he didnt put the right size exhaust pipe in. He says he'll come day or night to fix, but thats a lie. 3 times i have set up appointments where he didnt show up. Getting another company to finish the job. He doesnt care bc he was paid in full and gets paid by the AC/Heat company every time he comes out bc of the warranty. Refuses to give any $ back bc he "stands by their workmanship". Julius was on time and did the job at the price quoted although it turned in to multiple day project due to other issues. Kept me informed every step of the way. Would recommend to anyone looking for a good contractor.

I found Julius to be very professional, friendly and most of all helpful. He found a water leak that I didn't know I had. He inspected my other pipes to ensure that any needs I had were addressed and he did not go over the price quote he gave me! I feel safer know that I had my gas leak fixed, my water leak (that I didn't know I had) fixed and I will be hiring him again to fix my drain pipe. He also pointed out some work that needed to be corrected with my furnace. I would highly recommend him. He is fair and informative. THANK U 4 UR HELP:)

This man is a hard working man. Came in at night and stayed late to get the job done. But take him 6 days to send me the invoice. The price he charge is a fair price or over charge? I don't know. I didn't have time to compare with other pro.

Very knowledgeable. Our second floor bedroom had a very weak air blow for heat. He found where was the problem. He adjusted the fan speed in the furnace, and the problem was solved.

Knowledgeable, Professional, helpful. Took a little off for being late. Will use him for furnace replacement in spring. Referred him to my mother for her heating issues. Overall a very enjoyable experience.

Beyond pleased... Excellent work, great guys. Came out for a simple replacement estimate, but left completing and fulfilling all my pluming needs. At an unbeatable price.

Within 5 minutes of submitting my request Julius called and was able to come out within 2 hrs to diagnose the problem--which was good as our heat pump a/c was leaking all in our basement. He did offer suggestions for a DIY solution to the problem. The job was bigger than could be done then, so he had to return next day to do actual fix, brought 2 others with him and finished very quickly. I liked Julius, I liked that he explained what needed to be done and answered my questions.

Can't say enough about how great Julius and his team are. He gave us a detailed explanation about what work needed to be performed to fix our heating system and chimney. Work was done in a timely manner and we were extremely satisfied with the value for our money. Julius even gave us a follow up call to make sure everything was working properly. In the past we've been taken advantage of by other companies so it's nice to know there are still honest and competent people out there. I would certainly recommend working with him.

I have not had my A/C on for any long period of time jst yet but expect that wil happen this weekend. Will be able to tell then if the work performed on A/C unit worked.
