Mike was efficient and professional. He is knowledgeable about the work he did and other areas as well. I would highly recommend him for any exterior work you need. In addition, he removed a kitchen cabinet to accommodate my new refrigerator, patched the area, and replaced the trim to finish off the corner.

Had to be out-of-town when the repair needed to be made. All contact with Mike to describe the problem, get an estimate, schedule the work, see the repairs, and make payment was done electronically (via text messages, email and the web). He did a beautiful job and the price was reasonable. He also came back and fixed a related problem that was not part of the original agreement, and he didn't charge anything additional. If you want a contractor who does great work and provides excellent customer service at a reasonable price, this is your guy!

I never get around to writing up reviews, but Michael did an excellent job and deserves the recognition. He kept me up to date on everything through a very convenient email thread which included discussing the scope of repairs, scheduling, estimate, and updates on arrival. The repair work was completed quickly and thoroughly.

I had a piece of rake board capping that tore off in a storm, and I had Mike come out to our house to do the work. At first, the rake board cap was replaced with a white color, which didn't match our other light brown capping. However, Mike emailed me pictures of the work, I was able to discuss the color issues with him, and he offered to switch out the cap so I would be satisfied. Anyone who's had work done on their house knows that things don't always go according to plan the first time (even when everyone is trying their best), but Mike handled my comments and questions well and wanted to make me happy. I appreciated his work and genuine professionalism.
