Iâ m very glad I hired Tim for my shower door and door-mounted mirrors. He was more than professional throughout, coming multiple times to measure and discuss options and, on the day of the installation, working diligently, carefully, and quietly. He was happy to answer my many questions and to address details and touch-ups I brought up at the end of the work. He also came back to address a problem that arose after the installation. The door and mirrors look beautiful. I would recommend him without reservation.

Tim was so professional in his service. When he came to give us an estimate he took his time, He took the precautions to cover everything in the bathroom to make sure not to scratch anything. He checked the wall levels carefully and made a sketch of what the finished product was going to look like. He made valuable recommendations in order to give us the best look for our bathroom. Some other companies came in and quickly gave an estimate without checking wall alignments or anything. This is important because you want your glass cut to your specific wall. On the day of installation he took his time again to protect our floors, vanity, toilet, etc. He told me he was going to take about 5 hrs to install the glass shower doors. He didnâ t rush and the final installation looks amazing. The next day we tried our shower and no water was leaking and the sliding door works beautifully. He left us appropriate cleaning materials and took his time to explain how to maintain the glass doors. He also stated very clearly to call him if we ever had a problem that he would come in right away to take care of it. I highly recommend Tim and Pro Glass for your project.

Once we got connected - (Home advisor cancelled my appointment - do not know why) I sent pictures yo Festim, he set up an appointment the same day. He then sent me an estimate, which I approved and the job was done the next day. The work was a quality job, and he left the bathroom cleaner than when he found it. Tim was very efficient and effective. He s also much more reasonably priced than any other contractors. He s very well mannered and very courteous, checking with me when he needed to and finished the installation within 1.5 hours, without making much noise. He also cleaned up afterwards which is so much appreciated. I highly recommend Tim.

We were 3 days away from our due date when faulty installation of our glass shower door caused it to shatter randomly overnight. The company that installed it could not be reached, so we were desperate to find someone else quickly. We had Pro Glass and one other company come out for quotes. Pro Glass was not only more reasonably priced, they were able to get the glass ordered within days, whereas the other company could’ve taken over a week. They came out two days later, took about 4 hours and did an amazing job! They cleared out all of the broken glass, treated the glass that was still there and installed the new piece all without making a sound. We barely knew they were there. They were punctual, professional, attentive and responsive. Overall the experience was a 5 stars. I would HIGHLY recommend them!

After several bad experiences from general handymen, I called Tim from Pro Glass Shower Door & Mirror. I am extremely pleased with this man’s performance and professionalism. Yesterday he arrived with the shower doors and ready to install, He had called and arranged to come the next day to look at my bathroom and gave me an assessment and showed me samples of work he did and the quality of glass and stainless steel he used. He gave me a quotation the next day and as promised he took like five days to make the doors and arrived yesterday to install. I am so thrilled every time I look into my bathroom area and feel an overwhelming sense of gratitude and joy. It looks like everything I imagined and wanted. the guy who did my project was very professional

I cannot say enough positive things about Tim and the quality of his work. We had a teribble fire and had to renovate our entire home. We went to the big box stores and were not impressed with the quality nor pricing but were concerned custom meant out of our price range. We found Tim here on Yelp and after reading the reviews reached out. Since then he has done 3 custom shower doors (one not pictured) and two custom mirrors (one of which was a crazy dream of mine to have a mirror inset a barn door). We could not be happier with what he has done for us. His prices are VERY fair, his work is impeccable, and it is a FAMILY business we are so happy to have found.
