Pro Grade Roofing

I hired Franks team in late 2022 to initially repair sections of our Brooklyn brownstone roof. The project eventually escalated to a full roof replacement. While the quality of the roof work itself seems great, the overall experience with Franks company could have been better as it took him a long time to fix some of the damages his team left behind.

I hired Frankie to to repair my flat roof due to a leak. At first he was very responsive, but his roof "repair" resulted in leaks in many more areas. The new leaks have caused damage to my floor and to my ceiling. At first Frankie made various excuses as to why he cannot come repair the new leaks and then he became completely unresponsive. Not to mention I am supposed to have a 25 year warranty on the roof. Frankie is extremely unprofessional in his conduct - I am just trying to get him to come patch up his mess. I would definitely not recommend his services. His services have only caused more problems.

Frank and Pro Grade Roofing did an excellent job of repairing my flat roof from leaks and installing an aluminum coat over the entire roof. Let me know about additional problem area on the wall that was also allowing rain water to get into the house. They responded quickly, was very professional, and was able to complete the job in less than a day. I will use them again if needed and would highly recommend.

Very efficient in how they do things, explained the work to be done in detail, we settled on a price and date. Everything was completed on time although

He was very professional, handled it in a timely manner, he worked within my budget, and I would recommend him.
