Cody agreed to build us a retaining wall so we could have a level yard, planters on the side of our house with a rock walk way and put in a French Drain. Our neighbors French Drain was ripped out by the machinery he was operating and he has left it there for over 2 weeks (we are having to fix it because he will not return our phone calls), he also was operating the machinery so erratically that the neighbors were fearful he was going to drive it right into their dining room!! Only 3 of the approximately 15 -20 post that he cemented in are acceptable - most of the post were easily pushed over!! He damaged our sewer clean out and crushed our French Drain and then put the cover over it, we discovered it and he has done NOTHING to fix it, so we had to. We have to get our neighbors house power washed due to the dust storm he created!!! We made a detailed list of our complaints and our expectations of how they could be remedied - he promised to make us his first priority to make it right and he did not show up when promised...HE HAS NEVER SHOWED UP OR COMPLETED ANYTHING AS PROMISED!!!! I called him 4 times as well as texted him and he has made no contact with me...WE PAYED HIM HALF OF THE MONEY UP FRONT AND HE WILL NOT RETURN OUR PHONE CALLS!!!!!!! FORMAL COMPLAINT BEING FILED!

They were great about keeping me in the loop. With some difficult weather, we had to work around it and reschedule a couple times but I always got a call to let me know how the next few days were shaping up.
