Gutters were cleaned, but cleanup of debris was poor. Worker took picture of roof damage for repair or advice, but have not heard from Johnny!

The gutters were not installed on a proper lean to work efficiently. Too small of a gutter for pitch of house. Never received a receipt after number of requests. Would not come out to look at the leaking issue as I was not in their service area. But I was in their area to install the gutters? Very unprofessional This company was referred by Home Depot.

Hey there, thank you for your feedback, I am sorry your roof was improperly installed with no drip edge, you were told numerous times to call your roofer, as you stated it was NEW, please note a 6in the gutter is perfectly capable of taking nearly any amount of rainfall especially on a low pitch roof such as yours, it is unfortunate that you took your roofers word for gutter advice, Had you just had your roof rechecked by an honest contractor you would have thanked us for such a great job !! We will improve where needed, we, unfortunately, cannot warranty roof repairs on substandard work not performed by our team.

I was pleased with their price point, work, on-site communication, clean up, and overall friendliness. I would recommend them to others based on these things. Negatives were they were a week late. They confirmed a week previous they would be here, didn't show, and didn't communicate they wouldn't be here. Also, the billed price was $5 more than advised when I gave them the job.
