Timely, professional, big company backing with small company friendliness

They did a nice job, but missed a few items. After bringing them to their attention they took care of it immediately. Looks good.

They showed up on time. The had the work completed very quickly. They answered any questions. He even did extra work for me. They were awesome.

When the salesman comes by TAKE NOTES! If you can get by the salesman the project crew is great! There are maybe a couple minor things that I might have done differently but they were very patient, professional and took care of all my concerns. The job looks great and I would definitely hire them again! After firing the first company after two days on the job and only 6 hours of work total they came in and with a three man crew removed, replaced and finished the project in just two and a half days. Awesome job!

Pro Home Improvement was very professional. I had my full roof shingles removed and replaced. They put tarps down to catch all the nails and cleaned up after themselves very well. Great job guys. I was impressed.
