I am a planner, researcher, and multiple bidder and Shawn was professional, patient, and worked with the bids I had. We had 42 windows replaced and Nick and the crew were the most professional, friendly, and informative team I have had in my house. They cleaned up the floors and carpets EVERY night before they left and gave us a status update and where they would be working the next day. Can't say enough about Nick, he went the extra mile, great experience. There was a scratch in the glass in a window and Shawn no questions asked "which window, I will get the glass ordered and replace it myself" and he did. Shawn and ProHome Windows are the ONLY company I will recommend going forward. Thank you Shawn and Nick, what a great experience.

Very satisfied with all aspects of ProHome Windows. We were able to purchase high quality windows with a life time warranty for a competitive price. All dealings with the company were positive. Including workers who were very courteous and conscious of our time and space. They were good communicators and cleaned up well after installing windows.

We decided that ProHome was a good fit for our project based on lots of research on our part. They have very high quality windows, and they did an excellent job installing them. The price was on target, and everything went as scheduled. There were a few challenges including scaffold and trim work, which were completed with no problems. We enjoyed watching the crew work and took lots of pictures. We love our new windows.
