Customer service was poor.

The sunroom and deck Pro Home and Sunroom built for us began to have problems within the first three months. The pine tongue and groove ceiling in our sunroom came apart, facings on the exterior pulled away or fell off. Pro Home and Sunroom have been notified of the problems countless times, and they have only responded with excuses. They offer a Lifetime guarantee for their work, but that appears to be worthless. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

We wanted to add some living space to our home, we searched additions and sunroom. After several options and from different companies we choose Pro Home and Sunroom. From the first call for someone to come to our home and review what products and services they had to offer to the job completions it was nothing less than top-notch. The Sales consultant was great, walked us through all the options that they had to offer, even showed us what it would like when the project was complete. The ideas we had with the expertise from our sales consultant made for the perfect space. Although this company was not the cheapest we felt after all the companies that we received estimates from, we defiantly made the right choice. Our room is now the favorite room of our house and our friends also love spending time there. It is truly our family and friends room. Love it.

Customer satisfaction is only a priority until you sign the contract and put a payment down. The owner NEVER followed up to check on the work being done, as he claimed he would do. We were told the work would begin about mid July. We never heard from them. After several phone calls, they finally got back to us and began the work late September. We were told it should only take about a week. Since the crew was working on various jobs, they spent a few hours before hurrying off to another job. I can understand rainy days, but there were two sunny days when nobody showed up, after being told they would be there. Our sunroom was treated like an afterthought. Days would go by, one or two workers would show up, then hurry through a task, then leave to go to another site. Specific requests that were discussed and agreed upon were not done. We discussed light fixtures and when the planks went up for the ceiling, the wrong inserts were put in. We were told several different times the windows --will be coming tomorrow--. Nobody would show up. There was a mix up with the flooring that was inexcusable. We gave them the final check, against our better judgement, with assurance all details would be completed. That same day they left having run out of caulk. The next day it rained, water came flooding in, so after a forceful phone call, one guy came back to caulk. We waited until the weather broke in the spring to give them another chance, now it is May, there is a window that does not work, and screen door that does not work, brickwork not finished and after several more phone calls, it is apparent that they have no intentions of coming back to complete the work. They may have started out as a good company, but our experience was very disappointing.

They installed a roof over my patio in July 2018. The roof leaks. They have com back several times to caulk to roof, but the roof still leaks. I do not now if it is installed correctly, or if the caulk is the solution to the problem. The trim on the outside of the roof does not completely cover the edge of the roof. The fan that they installed, only has three mounting screws. They left the fourth screw off. There were two other neighbors who contracted Pro Home, who have had similar problems getting them to fix their bad installations. We had them do all of us at the same time. Pro Home has a forever guarantee. But it takes forever for them to fix it.

Once the sales man made his sale he never followed up to make sure everything he promised was delivered. Also, he had a financial representative get involved that we had to pay for. We purchased the product in June and they never started the project until September. It was a nightmare since day one. Here we are two years later, not done, the warranty items don't even get fixed. For the price we paid it's a shame we have windows that fall down, duct tape on the main door handle and one window tint darker then the rest.

We decided to enclose our porch with a 3 season sunroom and selected Pro Home and Sunroom to do the job. The sunroom is beautiful and far exceeded our expectations in workmanship and quality. The entire team was professional, courteous, and addressed our questions and requests promptly. We were provided with a 3D design and were able to view a sample of the sunroom in the company showroom. All materials used were high quality and the construction crew was outstanding. They were knowledgeable and paid attention to every detail. We only wish we would have done this sooner.

I had to have the existing roof over my patio removed because I had a handyman do it and it was poorly done, not permitted by the city and unsafe. I hired Pro Home and Sunroom to tear down the roof and replace it with a new roof and patio enclosure. When the job was completed, I asked about the building permit, they said that they did NOT get the job permitted and that we would have to do it ourselves. When I objected and complained , they said they would take care of it. They never did (6 months later). If I should have to sell the property, I will not be able to supply the building permit for this addition to the home as required. In addition, I had to fight to get them to follow the contract. They did not want to install the lights and a fan as was agreed to on the proposal for the job. When they did put the fan in, they installed it too close to the backdoor of the house so that the blades of the fan hit the backdoor if we open the door to the full extent. Also, during installation, the job was postponed by at least two weeks as they took one of the parts from my sunroom kit and used it on a different job they were working on.

They provide a professional 3D design, the best products that I've seen and professional on time installation.

I had just moved back to Pittsburgh from Florida. I missed my sunroom. I had a sunroom on my previous home in Pittsburgh and the home in Florida. I knew that I wanted something that I could use all year long, so I chose their Four Season Plus. The sunroom was designed and constructed to look just like part of the home. No one even knows that it is an addition. The installation crew was very professional, they show up on time, paid attention to all of the details and cleaned up every day and they finished the job precisely on time. Pro Sunroom did exactly what they said they would and when they said would do it. They even came to do a quality control inspection after the sunroom was finished. I am totally satisfied with Pro Sunroom!

I have a deck with a roof that was screen in and I wanted to add full window and screen. After contacting a local contractor, I decide to build the sunroom wall. The contractor failed to order the product and return my call after several month. I was afraid I will lost my deposit. Fortunately, I use a discover card and able get my deposit return. The manufacture was nice enough to recommend ProSunroom, a sunroom specialist in the Pittsburgh area. Andre the manufacture representative, Rick Edwards from ProSunroom, we all work together on the design and improve some of the design ideas. ProSunroom took over the project. When the installers come into work on the project, I can see Mike and his crews are very professional. The job has been complete to my satisfaction and I will recommend ProSunroom to my friends and family.
