I loved the work they did for me. They started and ended in the amount of time they said they would. The only bad thing is the fees for using a credit card. They were very professional and really went over in detail on what I wanted and what they could do. I would definitely recommend them.

Major Renovation - Multiple Rooms
We had a very good experience working with Pro Image, We started by getting an estimate from another firm. The representative of that firm was always late for meetings with us, took a long time to get us their estimate, and the estimate was much higher than we expected. The experience with Pro Image and its owner, Kevin, was much different. Kevin was on time for the first meeting, and every meeting after that. We got the estimate within a day or two, and it was much more reasonable. They remodeled a bath, a family room, a laundry room, and a bedroom, and the work was great. The remodel was not simple, because they framed in new ceilings in 3 of the rooms, modified several windows and door sizes, and framed out two walls in the bedroom to hide the foundation. They made great suggestions on materials and people to work with that made the process go very smoothly. The work was done on time and within the original estimate. Kevin and all of his crew were friendly, courteous, and efficient, a joy to work with. So much so, that we have already hired them for an additional job.

Before hiring Pro Image Construction and Remodeling, I did lots of Internet search for a reliable company for my project of building an addition to my house (a new covered porch and balcony). I found three companies to give me bids. I am very glad that I hired Pro Image. The owner, Kevin, was an awesome contractor to work with. He did his best to meet my expectations. After my phone request to give me a bid , he responded quickly and promptly submitted several different bid versions, giving me a chance to choose one that would fit my needs best. He gave me some valuable advice. I am very glad that I accepted his advice, because the final result turned out better than I imagined. I get lots of compliments from the people in my neighborhood, saying that my house looks great and has upgraded our neighborhood. It is not only Kevin that is professional, but all his team is as good as the owner. I had some good ideas from Kevin's team as well. This teamwork turned my house, as a neighbor noted, into a "Taj Mahal". I definitely recommend that you have Pro Image bid on your project. You will not be disappointed.

We had them replace our front door. They had a challenge because they were installing a standard 4" door in an older mobile home. The last people who did that did a terrible job. The outside looked horrible and it was very drafty and not installed properly. When Kevin's team was done with it, it looked like a high-end home, we couldn't believe the difference. We are no longer embarrassed when people knock on our front door! They were a little bit more expensive the other bids we received, but their quality of work was superior. We will use them in the future!

Bathroom - Remodel
We shopped around for over a year getting quotes from various contractors and Kevin gave us a reasonable estimate and was very personable and made us feel extremely comfortable. He and his crew were highly professional and kept the quoted timeline which was extremely important to us as it was our only bathroom and we had to be out of our house. They went above and beyond expected and also replaced all of our doors and trimmed them, which look fabulous and give our house a clean updated look. We highly recommend pro image.

Kevin and his crew were great to work with. We remodeled 3 bathrooms, laundry, and kitchen. Kevin was prompt to respond and give us a bid. He worked with us on the scope of the remodel. Kevin was always very prompt in coming out for bids, and responding to emails and texts. He provided us with a fair bid. The work was fast and professional. In the end (no fault of Pro Image), the lumber company had provided beams for our project which were varied in appearance and this affected the finished look. Kevin came out late to accommodate our schedules and to address our concerns. He devised a plan to make them all look the same and we were very pleased with the finished result. We felt he went the extra mile to make us happy. His crew as a whole seems to be very experienced and knowledgeable. We hope to have Pro-Image do more work for us in the future.

The did an excellent job, installing a new roof, Kevin was very professional and friendly, the 2 roofers were fantastic, I installed a webcam and watched them work, very professional and fast.

I was contacted within 24 hours. The bid was fair and I was very impressed with Kevin's knowledge and experience. I had a composite deck and pressure treated pergola built. Kevin communicated well, making sure I approved of what they were building. The quality of work is impeccable, from the design and basic construction to the colors of materials and even the painted trim that matches my house. Even though there were a few rain storms, the gentlemen worked hard for three days. When finished everything was neat and tidy. I highly recommend this company, Kevin and Ivy really pride themselves in pleasing the customer!

Purchased house that needed modifications before moving in, so, needed work done in a timely fashion. All changes made that I wanted, exactly as we discussed. Detail work to match current wood door frames was better than expected. Crew came in worked full days, debris removed when they left. My job was focus until completed. Very nice experience.

Timely response to bid request. Accurate and detailed bid/contract. Always on time. Never left our site to go work on another project. Kevin always available for consult on anything happening with project. This project was for a bathroom and laundry remodel,2 rooms. Also was the enclosing of a 13 x 60 cement deck, that became a new entertainment, dining area. Our house was built in the 1949 and has had several remodels and additions. A difficult project that Pro Image made into a beautiful new living and work areas for us. All facets of this did not go as planned, as most projects don't, but Kevin and his team worked diligently to make is go as seamlessly as possible. We would recommend Pro Image for any project, large or small. We will use them again.

I have worked with many contractors over the years and Pro Image is at the very top of excellent! Their knowledge about how to redo an older home, helpful suggestions, eye for details created a beautiful and amazing new look for this family home. Would recommend Pro Image for anyone considering a remodel. Kevin is professional, listens to what you want done, offers suggestions to make it better. They took time to hang plastic so other parts of my home remained as clean as possible. They do a great job of cleaning up each day. I love my remodeled kitchen!
