They came out here and told us it would be $10,000 for the roof. So we hired him, he told us to sign to sign over the insurance check, so we did. And from there he would do extra work, which they didn't. I called them to ask them what was the problem. When I called to ask him what the problem was, he got hostile and said the work was already done. I told him that he never did the work, and then he hung up on me. So nothing was ever done, and then a month ago, the company owner, Mark reached out to me to that he wanted to make things right, and released Raul Pena (the contractor) and wanted to meet up on Saturday. I waited that Saturday, he never showed up and has not called since. So decided to leave the review here since I am having such a hard time getting any of the receipts from the roof or materials.

They did a complete porch install with a pitched roof and shingles. They have also did some landscaping work laying some pavers. The work is excellent and the end result looks fantastic.

ProInsure did an excellent job at my house. There was much done - new TPO roofing on part of the house, roof strengthened, improved ventilation for heating and cooling, new doors, new stucco, roof leak repaired, bathroom leak repaired, and a beautiful remodeled master bath. House looked 100% better after their work, plus a lot of long-term problems from previous contractors were fixed and resolved.

They were hired to do a complete overhaul of a major business building. 14,000 sqft. building. It is difficult to list all that was done. Highlights are: removal and replace all stucco, exterior roofing, internal flooring, drop ceiling, bathrooms - 6 of them, kitchen, all interior walls with exterior facing, concrete curbing, sidewalk around the exterior wall of the building, metal stud replacement, and metal roof replacement. There were many other items done.
