They came to do my roof on February of 2019. Our roof started to leak around February of 2023. We called them. They came. Told us that it was the window that was leaking, not the roof. My husband found the roof leak within minutes of being up there. One of the seams gave away. We called them again to let them know, They never responded again. They do not stand by their work. Shame.

Did not clean up after they were done left hose on the ground and they did not put the hose back on the on hose reel cart. I expected THE Brick to be pointed, no filled in with mud.

Lou and his team are awesome. They re responsive, very reasonable, and timely. They even came on Christmas Eve to ensure all was well. The only reason I didn t give 5.0 is because I never do, as there is always room for improvement. Otherwise, these guys are perfect. Thanks!

Came to give us an estimate very quickly and scheduled us for the work within a week. Did a great job and cleaned up thoroughly. We got repairs done on our roof which had issues causing leaking into our living room, so it remains to be seen if the leak is indeed repaired.

I needed a skylight replacement. I called Pro Island Construction on Tuesday and by Saturday the skylight was installed within 2.5 hours. Everything looks great Hopefully no more leaks. They are professional. They cleaned up and the work is guaranteed. So far I am satisfied.

The12x12 flat roof looks great. Seams, chimney flashing and edges all look great. The 5 missing bricks in the chimney, replaced, look like they are original. They cleaned up and it s all GOOD.

Lou the owner came on time over the course of a few days and told me exactly what the roof repair required.He did not try to sell me a repair and gave me a very fair price and did excellent work.
