They are in another state, so you have to pay for traveling fees, which are quite expensive. If I had known that, I would not have chosen them. But they were very professional.

Thank you for the review and feedback. An advantage of operating a mobile business is that it allows me to be flexible in the area that I service. My home/ office is in NC, 8 miles from the TN border. I regularly care for customers in NC and TN. My traveling fee is comparable for the service industry and is the same price in both states, with some exceptions to remote areas. While I am glad that my ability to arrive on the same day you called, and to complete the work in one visit, was to your satisfaction, I am sorry that you were dissatisfied with the traveling fee. Where I failed was not communicating that to you. Deedrick.
