Great customer service like very great customer service few things I was unhappy with I was expecting to pay around $600 ended up being over $900 though. Had to call back to have them screw my vent covers back on and clean an intake that was not completed during time of service. Owner came back and completed the job, I have found 3 sets of screws since for my vent covers in random places which did not make me happy since I have a toddler at home. First time I have had my vents cleaned where they only used a vacuum and not the round brush to loosen and clean everything on the sides. Overall the work left me feeling over charged and annoyed that I have to complete the job I paid for.

He is a trickster a con man leading us on a wild goose chase .. abandon the job and never showed up .. not only do they not know how to measure but they wanted to pretend to buy our house to delay working on it. He worked about 5 hours on the whole project and we finished it for him .. contacted Pro Kleen on June 05- we finished his job on July 24th the job that he said would only take 2-3 days! I am never one to publicly complain but this guy is trying to collect on a job he did not finish less starting!! Then sends us a bill. With all due respect, I did ask him to send me a bill for hours worked the rental of tools, and delivering the materials.. and yes it is all completely documented! Videoed !! He started off as a wonderful guy after the first thing I contacted him about, he then said he does more things than cleaning... we offered him the next challenge we had! Watch out for great falls
