Also, the Yelp rating of 2 stars is slightly boosted with Family (Tomisha)/employee (Amy) ratings added! Work was not completed properly, and the contractor is now going to small claims court for breach of contract, since they are paid in full. My case under Kitsap District Court is 26SC00603. Two contracts, both performed poorly. One lawsuit is on incomplete irrigation work, and it is not to code 8-12" deep. Leaks everywhere/all zones are not complete. Started in Nov 2025, not complete Aug 2026.

In October 2025 I hired ProLawn to thatch and over seed my lawn.When the new grass came in, the results were disappointing. The lawn was patchy, uneven and did not establish consistently across the yard. In April, they inspected my existing irrigation to ensure it was functioning properly and serviced it. Early this spring I noticed numerous small brown spots throughout the lawn along with several large areas where the grass had turned completely brown. I have contacted ProLawn multiple times by phone, email and have sent photographs documenting the condition of the lawn. Unfortunately, despite my repeated attempts to resolve the issue I have received no meaningful response of assistance. I have never been happy with the work they did. They refused to stand by their work and acted like it was my fault. The worst customer service I have ever experienced. I?m out over $3,000 with a lawn that looks terrible. What a waste of money! Do Not consider hiring them!

I hired Pro Lawn Care once for a lawn pesticide treatment. The service was completed, but the overall experience was unremarkable and did not leave me inclined to hire the company again. Funny thing is, I posted this exact mundane review on Google and the owner replied to it trying to claim we never even got services. He tried claiming I was lying at every turn. Until I edited my review with the recipts and now crickets. The owner is a joke. Look at their Yelp reviews, they only have 2 stars and I can see why..

I hired Pro Lawn care to repair my fence the recent windstorm had blew down. They used some of my existing fence posts and completed the job the same day it was scheduled. Thank you to the one young gentleman for his work. Will definitely hire this contractor, again.

We are having well problems. We called a well company. They said they thought the problem was an irrigation leak. Since we had lawn pro out to change heads and adjust irrigation system I called them. I left 3 messages. None were returned. I finally got a guy on the phone and they said they would come out on Friday first customer. I get a call on Friday afternoon wanting to reschedule for Saturday. I agree. It is 4:15 on Saturday and no call from them. I have left 3 voicemails. Meanwhile our well is going dry and not enough water to irrigate and landscaping is drying up. $10,000 plus just to replace dead plants. Very irresponsible company.

Completed the job but not exactly how I wanted it.

French drain install. Supposed to have rock installed after. No rock on site day of. Workers explicitly said the rock was totally unnecessary and if I had it done, the crushed rock would look like a driveway going across my backyard. Instead they recommended grass. They refunded the $ for the rock but not the labor for spreading and sealing it, Water was still in backyard. Ezra said we needed the rock. I agreed & said I wanted it done as was listed on the estimate. Scheduler very rude and denied workers comments. I think workers just wanted to finish job quickly. Instead of the approx $1300 in the bid, they wanted $2900. Bottom line I paid approx. $8k and still have water in my backyard

We have had to go back to them about the work not meeting our expectations.

Fast and friendly service

Very detailed and thorough approach to lawn care including mowing, fertilizing, moss control, edging, bush trimming, plant mgt.,etc. Also provides a 1 year all inclusive plan for the yard.

This is a difficult review to write. My experience with their office staff & workers was positive. I would have recommended the company but for the estimator who made the wrong recommendation and scared me into accepting it, and the manager who refused to acknowledge the validity of my complaint or offer any remedy whatsoever. I contacted them for an estimate on trimming 3 overgrown trees and doing some minor landscaping work. Their estimator, who seemed like a nice enough guy, frightened me into believing that the tree roots would soon grow so large that they would compromise the patio and possibly even the foundation, and that the trees might fall on the house. Afraid of dire consequences if I did not follow his recommendation, I agreed to have the trees removed. Because this company already provided services to my community and thus was a known entity, I did not get another estimate. And because they were professionals, I relied on their advice. Please learn from my mistake and do not do the same. I learned after the trees were removed that the fear the estimator created was unfounded: that type of tree grows small, shallow roots, and only poses a threat of toppling over if not trimmed. A little internet research, once I knew the name of the tree, confirmed that. Our County required that type of tree to be planted when the house was built. In other words, the trees did not need to be removed, and any risk of falling over would have been mitigated had the company done the work I asked them to do to trim the trees. Now I am out a lot of money for the work plus tips to the workers, and I still, have to spend more money to replace perfectly good trees that should still be here. When I contacted them about this, they stuck to their story that the trees/roots were a risk and refused to do anything about it. I simply cannot recommend a company that, whether innocently or intentionally, makes a mistake and then refuses to make it right.

The tech did a careful and comprehensive survey of the system. The problem is still present but his analysis was helpful.

So far I am not really impressed but I hope to gain more experience and get a good experience.
