"I was contacted late May for the first mow of the season. I don't appreciate a 3.5 rating for quality and value when my price was already lower than other bids and I didn't charge an excessive overgrowth fee. If you want it mowed lower, you need to communicate that with me. The first mow two months into the growing season won't be mowed short because it creates more of a mess and I have no idea what is hiding under two feet of grass."

"This client was a likeable guy and did not show signs of concern as he was available throughout the project. I spent six hours removing the old sod, bringing in top soil, and leveling the surface (less than 1000 sq/ft of spotty existing yard was removed). The sod was laid three days prior to the sod farm discontinuing cutting of zoysia for the season. He showed no concerns about the few pieces of sod until it was too late. I notified him I would replace them next spring when they start cutting again. This is certainly not a fault of our company, but I am willing to go beyond what's necessary to make a client happy."
