They scheduled indicating the door was in (which we were told) then cancelled saying the door was in fact not in, then rescheduled. They only sent one guy who was new to do the job. Said it would take 3-4 hours, it took 10 (and there were no complicating factors) I had rearranged my schedule to be available but had to keep canceling things throughout the day as the work dragged on. Not sure we got the upgraded package promised and the vinyl trim was not done so I will have to get them back out to do it. I am hoping it was done right because there were no instructions so the installer was watching you tube videos to figure it out

Garage door spring required replacement. Booked through Angi and they were very prompt in responding. Josiah was very professional and knowledgeable. He provided 3 estimates (good, better, best) to choose from. Work was completed in an hour. Would highly recommend

Workmanship, expertise,, knowledge, decency, all were great. Jacob was wonderful to work with and provided multiple options for my garage door opener, door , and operating hardware without pushing and being honest about what was required. Jacob showed up on time, completed the job quickly, efficiently and it works beautifully. This is a great company to work with, who have great employees, who care about their customers and the work they want done. Costs are higher today and only concern I had was the cost, but very happy with what I received and highly recommend Pro-Lift.
