They were the first to answer. They were very nice and informative. We had another company give us an estimate several months earlier, but their estimate was much higher. It actually stopped us from doing the replacement. We didn't have to wait an unreasonable amount of time either.

The tech was professional and efficient. He gave me the option to just replace the springs on an antiquated dual spring system versus the more standard (and safer) single spring approach. I selected the newer approach that required new cables and pulleys for a reasonable price, while acknowledging that the cables and pulleys on the old system may or may not have been required. I will definitely call ProLift when my other garage door needs attention.

I called ProLift because I thought I needed to have one of my garage door openers replaced. When Jacob the technician took a closer look at it he told me that the problem was simply a corroded wire leading to the opener, which could easily be fixed. He also fixed another corroded wire leading to one of the sensors. It would’ve been easy for him to tell me that I needed to have a costly replacement, but instead he was very thorough, helpful and honest. He had more experience than another company who had looked at the same problem this morning and did not think to check for corroded wires. I don’t run across businesses like this every day. I would give ProLift my highest recommendation.

I needed someone to come and replace my garage door opener that was loud enough to wake the dead within a week of moving out of state. They were able to come out the next day. Both the customer service staff and the tech were so friendly, polite, and helpful and I'm so happy with the quiet door! I wish I had thought to replace the opener sooner while we lived in the house but oh well. I would hire these guys again in a second!

I give this company high marks for customer service, installation and price. The spring on my garage door snapped late in the afternoon trapping my wifeâ s car in the Garage. Within 2 hours, and after contacting several other companies, my problem was resolved. Kudos to Anthony who understood my situation and especially to Dillon who installed the new spring.

Awesome experience! The technician came the next day and fixed right at scene (Our problem is relatively simple to fix). Nice staff and honest business with fair price. Another business with high ratings (NOT ProLift, and so this is where I question Angi ratings: it is not consistent) also reached out but was extremely rude and pushy--would not talk without you giving your address, and planned to charge me $90 for inspection. Please be careful if you are considering other business! ProLift definitely does not have that problem so I strongly recommend it.

I highly recommend this company. Everyone from the company are nice. The technician, Dillon, is very professional. He arrived on time. He answered all my questions. He did an excellent job in fixing my garage door and did not try to sell me anything unnecessary. I am very satisfied with this company.

I was very impressed with this company and highly recommend them. They did not charge a service fee for a quote like some other local companies. I explained my issue with my garage door opener and the technician arrived on time. His fee was extremely reasonable. The technician was very knowledgeable, thorough in his work, very courteous and left the garage space spotless. Their customer service is outstanding.Although my issue was not urgent, I received same day service. Thank you ProLift!
