I was amazed that They responded the same day. The job was completed quickly and we were given some advice on keeping the garage door working efficiently. The man was knowledgeable and courteous. Moreover we received a thank you card for using this company.

They came and immediately were able to fix the problem. Quite satisfied.

They were the first to answer. They were very nice and informative. We had another company give us an estimate several months earlier, but their estimate was much higher. It actually stopped us from doing the replacement. We didn't have to wait an unreasonable amount of time either.

The tech was professional and efficient. He gave me the option to just replace the springs on an antiquated dual spring system versus the more standard (and safer) single spring approach. I selected the newer approach that required new cables and pulleys for a reasonable price, while acknowledging that the cables and pulleys on the old system may or may not have been required. I will definitely call ProLift when my other garage door needs attention.

Called the same day I submitted the request. Arrived the next day in the morning and completed the repairs quickly and in a professional manner.

Jake the technician was friendly and knowledgeable. It cost $700 to replace both springs and also the door fittings.

The technician arrived a little early, after alerting us to this, and worked efficiently. He was done quickly and left everything in perfect order. We would highly recommend them.
