Great job, easy to work with. Explained every detail to us and the door looks great. Steve's installer did an amazing, efficient and quick install and cleaned up his mess. (I wish I had gotten his name so I could mention it here). He should be commended and given a raise! LoL! Seriously. The girls in the office were very friendly and efficient to work with, as well. This is an OUTSTANDING company!

Easy to work with, however, I would have liked to have known about needing to pay for the extra garage remote and that my keypad wouldn’t work with the new door prior to purchasing. Nothing was written on the quote or the email. When dealing with someone from another state you are really dependent upon them to provide you all of the facts.

I tried 3 other garage door companies (very well known names) and they could not permanently fix my doors to work properly with the openers. ProLift Garage Doors did it without any problems or delays. Almost unbelievable how well they work now. Crew was very reliable and professional.

My garage doors were installed in the wrong order by Sears. Hired Prolift to switch them around. In doing so they broke one of the panels. They had to order a new one, 2 1/2 weeks later the new door arrived. When installing the new panel, the insulation panels were filthy with grease from dirty hands, the insulation behind the rails wasnt installed, the installer must have taken it with him. One of the vertical braces wasnt going to be installed until I called him on it. He was already on the truck and was ready to leave. They had to nerve to charge me for the work. The check is in the mail!

Do not hire this company if you have a choice. They didn't show up when scheduled then came later in the day but we had to change plans to get the work done. They misquoted the price and then didn't respond to my email. Try someone else.

After experiencing problems with the wifi feature and reaching out to the company, I find myself with no support from the company. I was just told to read the manual for help. I do not recommend this company.

"We apologize for your misunderstanding. First, you asked us to service your New Garage Doors for free, under warranty (We did not even Install Them!) We successfully installed only your Door Openers and they are working fine. The WIFI for these openers has to be set up by the consumer as with all other Opener installations since wifi became available. It requires use of your device, passwords and security codes. This is a Fake Negative review just because you can."
