My experience with Pro-Lift was way better than I expected. Within 10 minutes of requesting a bid, I was contacted and a time for a free estimate was set up for an hour and a half later. Dustin, the repair expert, was at my house on time. The repairs were completed within 30 minutes of his arrival. Dustin was very knowledgeable, professional and kind. In fact, both Chris, the gentleman who set up the appointment and Dustin were fantastic! I am satisfied that the price I paid for the service rendered was fair. Dustin was extremely professional from the very beginning - showed up on time, provided a timely and competitive price, and was informative. We made the decision to go with ProLift after 3 quotes and they were able to get standard doors in within 72 hours (we elected for a further out time to meet our schedule). Dustin showed up on time for installation, got all THREE doors done by 430pm, left ZERO mess, and wiped down the doors after install. Highly recommend doing business with Dustin and ProLift. I will be using them in the future as necessary.
