Communication was excellent on the phone. Once the installation began we had one little hiccup of a miscommunication issue. Once the issue was known they were very easy to work with , a compromise was reached and the installation was completed in an extremely professional way. Workmanship was way above par. The after installation explanation of the system was very knowledgeable and patient with our questions. I can very honestly highly recommend this company with no hesitation to anyone in the world. Great job. !!

Caleb was great to work with, he was professional and respectful. Once he completed his diagnosis of my garage door opener hegave me several options to choose from. I went with the belt driven opener, so glad we did.Caleb completed the job in the time frame he said. He also sent me video footage once it was installed.

Prolift sent Caleb to inspect my garage door and recommend any service that may be needed. Completed a full inspection and lubricated my springs and rollers. When complete, Caleb advised that no major service was required and the service call was no charge. I then inquired about replacing the door with one that was more attractive. WOW! I was very impressed with the vast selections of garage doors that they had available. Caleb was excellent in directing me through their options and pointed out some important details that I never considered. Will be looking into and considering a new door that will definitely enhance the view of my home. Would highly recommend to others.

We hired ProLift Garage Doors of Gainesville to replace an old opener that was not working properly. Caleb showed up early, was professional and courteous, and answered every question I had. He installed the new opener in about an hour and I couldn't be happier with the work and the product. The opener is nearly silent compared to our old one! We will definitely call them back when our other old opener finally goes bad!

We hired ProLift Garage Doors of Gainesville because of a careless mistake....NEVER close your garage door on an A-frame ladder! These guys showed up on time, were professional, took the time to answer our questions, and provided options for repair and replacement, unlike their competitors who just told us it couldn't be fixed. The door works better now than it did before I broke it. If/when it's time to replace, these guys are the only call I'll make. They are my "go to" without question.
