Tommy was excellent! He arrived in a timely manner after I made an appointment with ProLift, measured our door and offered suggestions; and was even patient with our kids and all their chatter. He helped us with selection and kindly accommodated my many texts asking questions. The door took a bit longer to receive than expected but communication between ProLift/Tommy (and Judy) was excellent. Door was installed and is working great. Would highly recommend ProLift for your garage door needs.

These people are a scam and so unprofessional and rude. I called them because my garage door wouldn't open. They sent out a technician, which I will not mention his name to fix my garage door so it would close. I was sent a video of this person being at my home no more than 5 minutes and wanted to charge me $377 which was ridiculous. I went ahead and had them come out and they did NOT fix the problem. I then tried contacting them via telephone and text messages. They had the audacity to tell me some ridiculous response about it and NEVER said they would send someone out again to see what the problem was. I have text messages that I will upload on this website of what they said to me which was rude and NEVER provided any customer service, because I was the customer. The next day they told me I had to contact another person to fix my garage after I had already paid them. I WILL NEVER recommend these people to anyone and am in the process of contacting the Better Business Bureau. These people scamming good people to not do their job but instead asking for a ridiculous amount just to come out. DO NOT USE these people or this company. So unacceptable as if we are stupid.
