Collin was great the house was built 2017 very cheaply had only one torsion spring on a door that needed two and also one bolt fastening the rod bracket to the wall . The garage door would of lasted much longer had it been installed properly when built . Thank you Collin for correcting poor craftsmanship from the original "Cookie -Cutter " homebuilder

I cannot recommend these guys enough! Their customer service is superb! Colin fixed my garage door in a timely manor. He was very knowledgeable and helped me fix an additional issue that we didn’t realize til later. I used a different company for my springs, but I should have come here all along. They were top notch! Use prolift for any garage door needs. They will not disappoint

I called for repair late at night and they were there first thing in the morning. Colin was the most awesome repair guy that I ever encountered. He was professional and worked so fast. Tech was very knowledgeable and very efficient with the work. Finished the job completely in a much shorter time than I assumed it would take. Colin was very nice and answered all my questions. Also he got along great with my bully pit “Bolo”. Would definitely recommend this service to others. Oh, and the price was also reasonable along with their response time to getting out to our house.
