We had two large garage doors replaced at the maintenance building of our school / church in Downers Grove. Of the companies I contacted for this project, ProLift was the most professional. They completed both door replacements along and added medium duty garage door openers. The installers were professional and experienced. Communication throughout the entire process was excellent. I would recommend them in the highest regard.

After replacing springs, top of garage door grinds on garage door header. Prolift owner observed. Now I am to attempt repairing door over problem that never was before Prolift replaced springs.

Good morning Mr. M. We replaced your springs which has nothing to do with the door creaking. After my last visit, we determined that your panels are loose, thus causing the panels to rise and scrape the top of your garage door frame. My apologies if you believe that replacing the springs caused this issue. Nonetheless, thank you for your business and feedback. We strive to do better, but we cannot fix something we did not break. Please contact us if you want us to tighten everything for you.
