It was a complete waste of time. He gave me 3 estimates, one over the phone then he came to our place and said he couldn't do it that day and gave us another estimate 50$ more. So I rescheduled. Then he was late about an hour, never apologized for being late and the invoice he showed us was another 50$ more!!! I was furious!!! Now I will have my quests over with out having my furniture washed when I planned for it so much a head of time! I am sharing so nobody else experiences the same thing as I did!

In August, when work was done, I would have rated higher -- and I would have recommended Pro Line Carpet Cleaning to others. I had him back to do other work since the first project -- and I feel that when I left to run an errand that time, he rushed his work, cut corners, and I gave him two opportunities to rectify. There has been no response from him.

I have only good things to say about Pro Line Carpet Cleaning & Restoration and about Tom in particular. I was in a rush to get my townhouse cleaned so a new tenant could move in, and Tom called me back on a weekend and was available to do the job on short notice. I live in another state with a sick husband and a 4-year old, but Tom just took care of everything. I was able to trust him with the lockbox to my house and he did a thorough and timely job. My neighbors inspected the place after he was done and said it looked beautiful. Tom even called a couple of days later to make sure I was happy with the work. A very good experience. A++

Distressingly invasive. The price was inflated over the estimate and we could not get him out of our home fast enough! AWFUL! I have asked for a refund for my troubles but he will not respond to my calls

Pro Line professional came on time, didn't "sell" us something we didn't need, recommended a solution and another service provider to resolve our mold issue, namely a plumber to re-pipe around the area in question. We will have Pro Line come out again to ensure that mold issue is resolved upon completion of plumbing project.

Tom Alameda called me right away about our carpet cleaning project and was professional and friendly. When he arrived for a consultation, he explained the procedures for spot removing and our different carpet types and provided an estimate. Tom worked very hard to deal with some difficult stains and followed up with me the next day. His estimate was right on and the cost was really reasonable besides! I wouldn't hesitate to use Pro Line's services again.

My problem was water damage and Mr. Alameda has been prompt, knowledgeable and polite. He is working with our insurance adjuster and can do a lot of the repair work himself, such as wall board and the painting. Very happy.
