ProLine Custom Carpentry, is a carpentry and handyman company established in 2009. We are licensed, bonded and insured. Based out of Elk Grove Village, we work throughout the northwest suburbs and the Chicagoland area. We pride ourselves on customer service and getting the job done right the first time. We want to make sure that you, our client, receive the best services and get everything you expect from a top of the line construction company. We provide many services, such as: kitchens, bathrooms, basements, drywall repair, decorative molding, minor plumbing and electrical repair, masonry repair, ceramic tile installation and repair. We also provide free estimates! We will come out to your home at your convenience and take a look at what your construction needs are. Estimates are given within 3 days of the estimate visit, usually by email or phone call, and are good for up to 60 days. Mr Jo (Joseph) was excellent in his job. He was hired for a furniture assembly and did great though we had a little setbacks with the parts and screws that came with the furniture. Jo replaced those with better spares and handled everything with care. He is going to be a rehire for sure.

Joseph was incredible! I hired him to help move my couch, expecting he’d need to take it apart and reassemble it. Instead, he came up with an innovative solution to get it out through the window—something I never would’ve imagined. I was really anxious about the whole process, but he talked me through every step, stayed calm, and made sure I felt comfortable the entire time. He was efficient, thoughtful, and truly skilled. Even better results and can’t tell that there once was an approximate 5’x3’ irregularly space hole once there. Beautiful work. I’d definitely recommend Proline.

Joe was super professional, efficient and knowledgeable. He wanted to do the job on my schedule and make certain that it was done right and that the walls were perfect. I had a new puppy and was worried about leaving him in a crate. Joe was nice enough not to mind my dog being excited around him and got the work done perfectly even with my dog wanting to play. He matched the paint perfectly in all 3 rooms and you could never tell that I had a leak in my ceiling or any holes in the drywall in my son's bedroom or the kitchen. If I have any more drywall projects Joe will be the first and only call that I make. HIGHLY RECCOMMENDED..

After checking out his reviews, we hired Joseph to remove a wall between the dining room and the family room. He took the time to explain what he needed to check to assess the viability of the project and possible adjustments to our original plan. Once he started working we indeed noticed how professional he is, being very careful with every aspect of the process. We especially liked his attention to detail. Through out the project he made sure that we were fully satisfied with the choices and that we were getting exactly what we wanted. As the project took a few days, he would always leave the area clean before leaving. We were very happy with the final result. Joseph did a fantastic job. We will definitely hire him for other projects in the future.
