We have used ProLine Plumbing and Heating, Lake Hiawatha, NJ. For over 7 years, with Moon and Danny having performed numerous pluming services for us over that time, such as water heater replacements, toilet installs and repairs plus plumbing fixture installations. We canâ  t say enough about them. Theyâ  re responsive, professional, knowledgeable, honest, pleasant, and work very clean and neat, respectful of your property. Recently they gained Superhero status with us, hereâ  s why: Several weekends ago we had house guests and were expecting 2 more when we woke up to â  NO HOT WATERâ  ! I frozen in panic as my husband called Moon at 8am to declare our dilemma. These 2 guys literally sprang into action calling around searching for parts (especially difficult and sparse due to supply chain issues due to the pandemic). They found the parts in So. Jersey and Moon drove in one direction and Danny in another collecting the parts. They were at our house by noon working on the fix and we were back up with hot water right after lunch. These two men epitomize customer service. Thank you Moon & Danny for saving the day and the weekend for us and our guests!

I found Proline on Home Advisor and Danny got back to me within 1 hour. I explained the situation with my leaky water heater. Danny requested a few pictures and said he was going to find a heater at a supply house. He called back 10 minutes later to let me know he had one and would be here with in 2 hours. He lied!!! He was here within 40 minutes which was AWESOME especially on a Saturday!!!! Danny and Monank were amazing! Very professional and considerate! The job took just about an hour and was very reasonably priced. The responsiveness and professionalism of this company is superb and I highly recommend their services. Thank you very much guys!!

Proline Plumbing is the best in the area hands down. I had a sump pump failure and they were at my house with a new pump in under 2 hours. They also installed a new hot water heater in August. They are professional, clean and a pleasure to do business with. I never hesitate to call them if I need a plumber.

Dan did a great job. He came right away and he was very clean. He put down mats on my floor so he wouldn't get anything dirty. Excellent job. I would recommend him to anybody who needs a plumber.
