It took over a week to complete what should have been a 2-3 day job. Very poor communication from the company. Workers refused to wear a safety harness even when working with a 2-story 20+ foot drop. They did drop a blower off the back onto our greenhouse roof. Poor safety consciousness.

Timely response , fast installation , good communication on skylight design and over all roof maintenance care suggestions . Good job !

They weren't the cheapest bid but I was ok paying a little more for a company that I knew would show up when they said they would. The guys who did the installation were friendly and funny. I appreciate that. They did a great job! The office staff is friendly as well. Trust me. I have spoken to a lot of office staff, not all of them are friendly. But Pro Long was!

He arrived on time and allayed my fears about the attic space for my home sale.

Came out and inspected a worrisome issue, fixed a gutter, gave me a great quote, then ended up charging me less, AND they cleaned up after themselves. Really great help. They could have completely taken advantage of my lack of knowledge (as other bids would indicate). They were great. Thanks!

Reasonably priced, got all the moss off our horribly mossy roof, came on time, did what they said they were going to do, environmentally sensitive, final price was within estimate range. Had to wait three weeks for an appointment but that is understandable during spring "moss season." Would definitely use again!

Excellent customer service and professional staff! Our job started a little later than our original appointment, but we were made aware right out of the gate that they were running late. We will definitely use this company again for any future roofing needs.

Nice people, easy to work with.

Very professional staff both on the phone as well as in person. They were great to work with. I believe the quality of the work to be good (but it hasn't rained yet!) I rated value a bit lower because it was expensive to have 2 people come instead of 1. To be fair, my house is three stories and so the first roofer wasn't comfortable going up on his own. I would hire Pro-Long again and recommend them.
