They did a great job on very short notice. The two ladies that did the work very professional and hard working. Office staff followed up on schedule. GREAT JOB. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Easy to schedule the service. Friendly team of two women. Did a good job overall. Upon being informed they had finished, I looked at the work and was not pleased with some of it. Specifically, we have wood floors in the LR, foyer, kitchen, MBR and hallway. The floors had not been cleaned under the couch, table, along the wall, under the bed or under a bedroom chair. When mentioned to them, they did go to those areas and properly clean. After they left, my wife came home and pointed out more areas of the wood floor not cleaned (e.g., under and behind a TV tray stand, etc). So I rated them average overall, and a 4 for customer service.

They rescheduled twice then were late and did not call. They were unfriendly and slow.

The women that came were very nice, but after they left I had to clean. They missed one room entirely. The kitchen counters were missed. Bathroom marble threshold wasn t washed. I was really disappointed. They came at 12:30 left at 2:25 and charged for 2 1/2 hours. Not sure if they count drive time though. I was really counting on the help.

They did not clean the railings as I requested, did not wash windows, would not wash walls. I was disappointed

They did a nice job. Time coordinating was a bit off but I was working from home anyway so it worked out.

I vacuumed after the crew left as there was a lot of debris left behind by their vacuum. At $42.50 per hour per person, I did not expect to have to clean after they left.

Awesome service saved me from a scammer who called me first and wanted triple what they did for the same job.

They did a great job. Very responsive to my need for immediate service. A bit more than I wanted to pay, but well worth it in the long run. I would use them again.

Very polite and thourough

I had a 2 person crew. They were personable, considerate, listened to what I wanted, gave me EXCELLENT results. Nikki and LJ were awesome, would hire them again in a heartbeat!

After they left, areas like the inside of the stove, the vent hood, in the sink area still needed further cleaning. The manager had the workers come back a second time, though even after that the sink area still had food grunge around. After two visits and several phone calls, I was still in there scrubbing the house myself. Disappointed.

First time using home advisor (March 2018) and I hired Promaids to clean our home after we moved out for the new residents who were moving in. I chose promaids over several other cleaners simply because they got high ratings on home advisor and when Whitney called me to discuss our cleaning needs, she was very polite and professional. I have also never used a professional cleaning service before so this was supposed to be a really big help to me since we were moving. On the day they were supposed to clean it was the morning of the closing. Due to moving Easter weekend, we cut the cleaning close to closing because there was no one who would come Easter weekend. Upon heading to the closing, we went in to check promaids work and found the house in basically the same condition as the day we moved out. They did not clean. The guest bathroom had not been cleaned at all; the master bath still had stuff on the mirrors and soap scum in shower and a dirty floor including a tiny pad of bar soap I forgot to grab the day we moved out; each of the rooms appeared to be vacuumed halfway but not completely; the hardwood floors through the main floor had smear marks on them and remained dirty from our family’s use the week prior to moving out. The cleaners sent to clean our home left a “promaids checklist” on our counter in the kitchen with a list of their work they said they did but did not do. I literally do not know what they did during the three hours they said they were at my house. I called to complain. Whitney, the person who answered the phone politely heard my complaint and then asked if she could call me back. She never did call me back. After two days, they charged my credit card anyways. I would never use pro maids again and don’t recommend them after our experience. Most likely, I will not use Home Advisor again after this experience.

Jessica and Trevor were prompt, polite, and professional. They did great work and I will definitely use them again.
