I was soooo lucky to find Pro Masters Roofing N Gutters !!! Alex was very professional. He informed me of things no one else even mentioned. Best of all, I got an excellent quote (lower than 2 other competitors) and the work was top quality. Originally I had planned to fix just 2 areas in the back of my house where I had rotting fascia board and some old gutters. When the workmen came and I saw how well they worked and what a difference it made; I asked Alex to quote me for the whole roof. He took the measurements and gave me a new quote right away. He also advised on the type of gutter (wider gutters), and on installing “mesh” to prevent leaves from clogging the gutters. I have 2 evil trees in my front yard that are constantly filling my gutters with leaves. Again he took me through the advantages, the technical specs, the manufacturers recommendations and cheaper options !! I felt like he really cared that I understood what my options were and wanted to help me make the best choices. I decided to put in new, better gutters for the whole roof. I am very, very very happy with the work Pro Masters did, with the level of service Alex provided and with the fact that their prices are the best. I highly recommend them. On time and good communications

They came out to work on my roof repair just ahead of rain. As they were on the roof working, strong winds (gusts up 60 mph) started, followed by torrential rain, and lightning. I told them they could come back the next day to finish. They said they’d wait it out. They got off the roof waited in the garage until the storm passed. They then got back on the roof to finish repairs. They showed me photos of all repairs, which looked great, before accepting payment and leaving. Alex was very courteous and explained what needed to be done. I believe his price was fair as well. I will use them again in a few years when I need to replace the roof.
